For the last 2months I can’t see my account transactions. I love in a small town with limited access to the internet and I can’t get online with safari anymore. So what do I need to do to have paper statement sent to me?
Am having a real problem being able to see my current and past bank statements were I can print them out at home. I’am enrolled in paperless statements and for the most part, works out just fine. Doing my end of year tax information, it would be very helpful to have a printed version of my bank statements in hand. I’m a veteran and don’t pay any monthly fees for my account. Very thankful for that benefit.
I went into my local branch today and asked if they could print out my statements for this last year. They said yes but there would be a charge of $6.00 per month, total of $72.00. Wow!!! I said no problem, I’ll just go home and print those out online. I was told to just click on “statements”. Can you explain to me how I can accomplish this seemingly simple process?

Dear Chase, I have been banking w/you for many, many years. I just want to know WHY I cannot SEE MY FULL PAGES of my checking and savings accounts ANYMORE!! This has been going on for more than 6 mnths. All I can see now, is the amounts withdrawn or transferred!!! Doesn’t show what my total were!!!
