Another card from ICBC’s U.S. card portfolio is the Premier VISA Signature Card and you’ll be able to earn a $100 cash bonus when you make a $2,000 in spending in the first 3 months of account opening. This card earns 2% cash back on every purchase on top of no foreign transaction fee and no liability on unauthorized purchases, however with a $85 annual fee (waived for the first year), prospects of keeping the card throughout a second annual is definitely questionable. One thing I’d like to mention in particular off of my taste, is that this card has an remarkably attractive cart art, especially if it was integrated in metal.

Conclusion:
The ICBC Premier VISA Signature Card makes up for the lack of rewards structure from the Preferred VISA variant, however, with a $89 annual fee (satisfyingly waived for the first year), it doesn’t make up for it much. When I say that this card makes up for the lack of rewards structure, I mean that this card earns 2% cash back on top of having no foreign transaction fee. On another note, the $100 sign-up bonus is decent for a $2,000 in spending within 3 months, however, there’s better cards and better sign-up bonuses for just around the same annual fee… perhaps the Barclaycard Arrival PlusTM World Elite MasterCard® or Chase Sapphire Preferred® Card.
