Park Hyatt New York particulary excels at personalized service. Hotel staff greeted us as soon as we entered, checked in using their tablet, and showed us to the room. It completely bypassed the front desk that’s located on the third floor. And that pretty much set the tone for the rest of our stay. Service, for us, was absolutely perfect everywhere in the hotel. They provide the utmost in hospitality in this hotel.
