Fine Print

• EagleBank Business Checking Cash Bonus Specific Account Details Supplement The cash bonus will be valid from November 24, 2025, through February 21, 2026, and is available only when opening a qualifying EagleBank business checking account at an EagleBank branch location that meets the criteria outlined below. The cash bonus is valid for one (1) business entity based on the SSN/TIN of the business used to open the account. If a sole proprietor using an SSN also has a personal account, the business account would still be eligible for this promotion.
• To qualify for the $500 cash bonus, all the criteria below must be met.​​​​​​
  • Open a new Business Checking, Business Checking Plus, or Business Analyzed Checking account with funds that are new to EagleBank.
  • Maintain a minimum average monthly ledger balance of $10,000 or more during each of the first 3 full monthly statement cycles following account opening; AND
  • Conduct at least 10 qualifying transactions during the first 3 full statement cycles. Your eligible transactions include deposits (ATM and Mobile deposits), incoming/outgoing wires, ACH debits/credits, and business debit card transactions.
• After you have completed the requirements above, EagleBank will deposit the $500 cash bonus into your new business checking account within 180 days from account opening. To receive the cash bonus, your account must not be closed or restricted at the time of payout. If your account is closed for any reason prior to such time, including being closed by us, you will not be eligible for the cash bonus. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated the “Understanding
• Your EagleBank Business Deposit Accounts” agreement or have engaged in abuse, misuse, or gaming in connection with your account, we may determine that you are not eligible for the cash bonus. In such circumstances, we may rescind or decline to award you the cash bonus.
• The cash bonus may be taxable income to you and EagleBank may issue you an IRS Form 1099 or other appropriate forms reporting the value of the bonus.
