To gain cash back online with Rakuten, you will have 3 options:
Sign into your Rakuten account and click on a store link from their website. By doing this, it will immediately load the store webiste in a new tab. You can track your session while you do your online shopping so you can gain cash back credit for your purchases.
Get the Rakuten Cash Back Button/plugin/extension for your browser (Chrome, Edge, FireFox, Safari). You can receive a prompt to get the plugin when you sign up and log into your account for the first time.
