Rising Bank, what a fiasco! Tried opening a CD account, their system went down before application was complete, but not before they got my 100K. Now I have no account number, password or anything showing they have my money. Customer service is very poor. I sit waiting for a callback to try to sort this out. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
