Went to a branch at Bethel Park. The manager JOHN at 4996 Library Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102, was a total complete “JERK”. Asked us if we were there to get $300.00 free money or we really wanted to maintain the bank accounts after we get the $300.00. Later he asked as to how much, the actual amount I was getting from SS. Totally unfit as a manager, asked may embarrassing questions. When I asked why he asked such personal questions, JOHN stated that he was showing the various ways. Told him he [JOHN] was showing us the way to the door. We walked out. Good Luck Key Bank.

TOTAL SCAM! You set up the account online, but can’t make direct deposit until they send debit card. They delay and make excuses and then send you the card after 60 days (too late for promotion), then start charging maintenance fees. STAY AWAY!!
