How To Log In to Your Account From a Computer

To log in from your computer all you need to do is go to the PNC homepage and find the login field which is located at the top right.

Once you click on the login field complete the following steps:

1. Enter your user ID.
2. Enter your password.
3. Click the “Login” button.

If you have not enrolled in a PNC online bank account, simply locate the “enroll in online banking” link located beneath the login fields, and enter the following:

• Social Security number
• PNC debit card PIN or online access PIN
• PNC account number

You can log in to your PNC Bank account on your mobile phone or tablet just as you would on your computer:

1. Enroll in PNC online banking.
2. Download the appropriate PNC app for your phone via the App Store or Google Play.
3. Enter your user ID and password at the sign-in screen.

How To Retrieve a Forgotten Username or Password

If you’ve forgotten your username or password, you can initiate the account recovery process by providing some identifying information. Here’s how to retrieve them:

1. Click the “Forgot User ID or Password?” link on the PNC homepage.
2. Click the “Start Reset Password” button and provide the following information:
   • PNC user ID
   • Social Security or tax identification number
   • PNC account number
   • The debit card number or phone number attached to the account
3. Follow the directions to reset your password.

How To View Your PNC Statement Information

In order to access your PNC online bank statements all you need to do is login to your PNC account and clicking “Statements” on the menu bar.

You can also switch to paperless statements by clicking “Change Delivery Method” on the account screen. All you need to do is click “Receive Electronic Statement Only.” and verify your email before clicking “Submit.”
