Fine Print

• $250 reward available to new members who open any UVA Community Credit Union (Personal or Business) checking & savings account and either set up direct deposit totaling $500 or maintain a $500 balance within the first 60 days of account opening. Reward will be deposited within 45 days of meeting these requirements. One reward allowed per member. Offer valid 9/22/2025 to 10/31/2025 and may be withdrawn at any time. Any tax implications are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Eligibility: Offer available at the UVA Community Credit Union Harrisonburg branch for new members who are residents of the City of Harrisonburg or Rockingham County and who open both a checking and a savings account (Personal or Business). Existing UVA Community Credit Union checking accounts, savings accounts, or members who have closed an account within the past 90 days are not eligible. Employees of UVA Community Credit Union and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of residence) or individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
• Requirements: To qualify for the $250 reward, you must (a) open a new checking account between 9/22/2025 through 10/31/2025, and (b) within the first 60 days of account opening, either (i) establish qualifying direct deposits totaling at least $500, or (ii) maintain a minimum daily balance of $500 for 60 consecutive days.
• Reward Payment: The $250 reward will be deposited into the new checking account within 45 days after meeting all requirements. Accounts must be open and in good standing at the time of bonus payment.
