• This advertisement covers three bonus offers: a Checking Account Offer, a Savings Account Offer, and an Extra Offer for personal accounts opened at Eastern Bank by “new” customers. To be considered a “new” customer you (1) must be the primary signer on the new account and (2) must not have been an owner of a personal checking account (for the Checking Account Offer) or of a personal savings or money market account (for the Savings Account Offer) on or after March 7, 2025 with Eastern Bank or with HarborOne Bank. To receive any bonus, the qualifying account must be open and have a balance greater than zero at the time the bonus is to be paid and you must meet the following eligibility requirements: (1) be at least 18 years of age as of the date qualification for the bonus is determined; (2) reside in MA, NH, ME, or RI; and (3) have a valid tax ID. Other forms of electronic payments and transfers (including person-to-person payments, transfers between your accounts at Eastern Bank or other institutions, and payments through 3rd parties such as PayPal and eBay) do not qualify as direct deposits for purposes of this bonus offer. Eastern Bank will determine whether an account has met the requirements for this bonus within 90 calendar days after the account open date (or by the following business day, if the 90th day is not a business day).
• Savings Account Offer: New savings customers who open a Statement Savings Account (other than a Private Bank Savings Account) at Eastern Bank between 3/7/2026 and 5/8/2026 will earn a $250 Bonus if at least $15,000 is deposited in the account within 30 days of account opening and the account has an average daily balance of at least $15,000 over the 90-day period beginning on the 31st day after account opening. Eastern Bank will determine whether an account has met the requirements for this bonus 120 calendar days after the account open date (or on the following business day, if the 120th day is not a business day).
• Extra Offer: Eastern Bank will pay an additional $150 Bonus to customers who satisfy the requirements for both the Checking Account Offer and the Savings Account Offer if the qualifying checking and savings accounts were opened within 3 business days of each other. If the requirements for this bonus are met, Eastern Bank will deposit the total bonus to the qualifying personal checking account.
• You will receive applicable 1099 tax form(s) for any bonus paid to you. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the tax implications of these offers. How to Waive Monthly Fees

• Free Checking: No monthly fee or minimum balance requirement*.
• eZ Checking: To Waive the $10 Monthly Fee, get e-statements and make 15 debit card purchases OR get e-statements and maintain a $1,500 average monthly balance.
• Premier Checking: Have combined balances of $25,000 or more and want to take advantage of our benefits including no monthly fees, no account fees and discounts on other products and services.
