This bank is a joke. I emailed them TWICE asking for additional information on a 18-month CD, they never replied. The guys just missed a 200K+ opportunity.
I emailed Limelight Bank (Capital Community Bank) on 01/19/2020 about online CD confirmation & renewal notice. On 01/21/2020 I received a replay. Does anyone have experience with Limelight Ban’s customer & online service?
I recently opened a CD with them, they almost always respond to emails within a couple of hours if not sooner or by the next business day. Good rates. So far so good.
