Capital One Savor Rewards In-Depth:
The SavorSM Card does prove itself to be rather centralized for those of you that put a daily spending on dining and groceries alone, and I must say that the card art is rather enticing. At no annual fee, this card unveils it’s utmost affordability to it’s customers and bottom line, will earn you what Capital One deems their World Elite status including perks like identity theft services, complimentary concierge service, price protection, trip cancellation/interruption insurance, travel/baggage delay accident insurance, etc, however, approval for this card is only in the hands of those with excellent credit scores. This aspect alone infers some distinctions towards a good sum of Capital One’s card portfolio that are really mostly catered towards those with decent-average credit scores.

The 3% dining, I’d say, is on-par with some of the Best Credit Cards For Restaurant Spending, however, 2% cash back on groceries is really that satisfying.
If you’re looking for a ‘grocery-getter’ type credit card, the Blue Cash Everyday® Card from American Express is your better bet. Note that Capital One will pullall three major credit bureaus (Experian, TransUnion, Equifax) for one credit card application so be ready for the hard-inquiry if you’re interested in this card.
