There are more options to earn Fortune Wings Club Points, but they’re not relevant to those living in the United States.
Redeeming Fortune Wings Club Points
Fortune Wings Club Points are often used for award flights with Hainan Airlines and partner airlines. They provide a Points Calculator to easily determine the number of points you need for a specific redemption.
You can also redeem for:

More redemption options are available, but they’re not applicable to Americans.
Fortune Wings Club Points Expiration
Fortune Wings Club Points expire after 24 months. You can extend the expiration date by earning more points.
Fortune Wings Club Tips & Tricks
Award charts are based on flight distance in kilometers, not miles. The key is to find city pairs that fit at the higher end of Fortune Wings Club bands: 0-500, 501-1000, 1001-1500, 1501-2000, 2001-3000, 3000+.
Avoid award redemptions with Etihad Airways and TAP Portugal. The fuel surcharges are ridiculous, so you won’t be saving much, if at all.

Conclusion
Fortune Wings Club isn’t the most valuable frequent flyer program. However, they do offer an easy way for you to “earn” points when you transfer them from a popular rewards program. With that in mind, Fortune Wings Club has a limited amount of airline partners, so you’re limited when it comes to redemptions as well.
Consider the EVA Air Infinity MileageLands. Based in Taiwan, it’s a Star Alliance member and boasts lots of airline partners.
